This is a yoga, detox, and meditation workshop held at Genting Highlands that integrates fluidity and strength, alignment and inner awareness, movement and stillness for rejuvenating and balancing effect. In this workshop we practice breathing techniques to restore our internal balance with peace and to relief stress. Breathing techniques including: Yigic Breathing; Ujayyi; Kapala Bhati; Viloma; Anuloma; Nadi Shodana; Shetali; Bramari; Tibetan Purification Breathing; and chest breathing.
